 Jason  stands out as a seasoned Enterprise Agile Coach and Program Management Professional, driving strategic transformations within organizations to meet their objectives. As a SAFe Program Consultant with extensive program management experience, he has led numerous  agile implementations, significantly improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction in demanding environments.

Known  for managing multiple projects with tight timelines and budgets, Jason excels in promoting a culture of agility and Business Agility. His leadership skills guide organizations through complex changes with tailored, innovative strategies. Mette is an expert consultant with a diverse skill set and a track record of success in shaping digital product strategies to achieve exceptional results. She holds an MBA from University of Dallas, bringing a strong foundation in business strategy to every project. With this expertise, she navigates complex challenges with ease and ensures that digital product strategies align seamlessly with overarching business goals.

Additionally, Mette is a certified Scaled Agile 6.0 SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), equipped with the knowledge and tools to implement agile methodologies at scale. This certification demonstrates her commitment to fostering agility and adaptability within organizations, essential qualities for success in today's rapidly changing market.

 With a dynamic background that combines 12 years as an agile coach and transformation leader with 10 years of hands-on software development experience, Mark has mastered multiple agile frameworks and methodologies, including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Disciplined Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DDD, and BDD. His career has spanned numerous roles—Scrum Master, Developer, QA Tester, DBA, Product Owner, Technical Program Manager, and Release Train Engineer—empowering him to drive change and foster innovation across a range of tech environments.

Mark has acted as a transformation leader and coach in various industries, including Defense, Telecom, Security, Aerospace, Travel, Finance, Group Solutions, Retail, and Pharma. His approach integrates advanced tooling and technology stacks with strategic change management practices, enabling organizations to overcome transformational obstacles and avoid common anti-patterns. Leveraging AI and cutting-edge technologies, he guides teams and businesses through agile transformations, ensuring sustainable success and heightened productivity.
